Senior Team Lead - Software Development with AI Expertise

‍Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, support, and leadership.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions, leveraging AI and machine learning techniques.
• Ensure best practices in software development, maintain high standards of code quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Full-stack developer with 5+ years of experience in programming languages such as JavaScript (React, Vue, Node), Typescript, PHP, or Python.
• Experience with ML and LLMs.
• Proven experience in a senior software development role with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and logically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques.
• Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages.
• Excellent communication in English and Czech or Slovak language.

Bonus points for

• Experience in agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI.
• Experience working with LLMs across different platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Experience with semantic search and embedding models. Familiarity with vector databases.

• Experience with tools like Hugging Face Transformers or similar.
