Since 2019, Moravio and JLL have been working together to build innovative digital tools for the global commercial real estate market. JLL, a Fortune 200 company with a long history and presence in over 80 countries, has trusted Moravio to help develop several projects. Together, we have worked on AI assistants like JET, COVID-19 internal tracking solutions, asset management systems like OSIS, portfolio management apps like Portscape, and a B2B marketplace platform. Each project aimed to improve efficiency and enhance the experience of users involved in managing and using corporate real estate spaces.
One of our key projects was JET, an AI assistant that helps users book desks and meeting rooms, locate colleagues, and navigate building floorplans. By using AI technology similar to ChatGPT, we made it simple for employees to interact with their work environment. This new approach has led to smoother day-to-day operations and saved valuable time.

Our other solutions included OSIS, which integrated CAD, GIS, and IWMS systems to manage and track building assets, and a COVID-19 internal tracking system designed to limit virus spread within offices. We also helped build Portscape for strategic portfolio management and contributed to JLL Marketplace, where we delivered a user-friendly frontend for ordering materials. Through these projects, Moravio supported JLL's mission to create more efficient, safer, and more collaborative spaces for their clients.
