At Moravio, we were proud to have the opportunity to work with JLL, a global commercial real estate services company, on the development of an application that enables users to manage and track information about their properties and leases.
The application we developed for JLL includes features for managing strategic tasks and goals, tracking progress, and fostering collaboration through real-time notifications, an activity timeline, and interactive comment sections. In the past, brokers in commercial real estate often had to track a lot of data, such as property costs, lease expirations, and strategic goals and metrics, using custom solutions like Excel sheets and Tableau reports. The goal of the application was to consolidate and streamline data tracking and strategic planning for users.
Our contribution:
- We enabled users to track information about managed properties and leases using integrations with third-party solutions, eliminating the need to duplicate or search for information.
- Included features for setting up strategic goals and tracking progress towards those goals, including real-time notifications, an activity timeline, and interactive comment sections to encourage collaboration.
- Helped users stay organized and focused on their goals and provided tools to track progress.
- Significantly reduced the administrative workload of CRE Brokers and eliminated the need for custom Excel solutions, streamlining work processes and improving efficiency.
Thanks to the efforts of our team, JLL now has a powerful and user-friendly application that has significantly improved their ability to manage and optimize their real estate portfolio.
