Our client Junglee from Slovakia was in need of a more efficient hiring process as they faced challenges in managing their candidate screening. Before our „update“, their HR team had to manually call or email every potential applicant to gather information, which was time-consuming and limited the time employees had for more strategic tasks. They sought a solution that could automate this initial phase without sacrificing quality or personalization.

We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and developed a custom AI-powered web bot. This AI agent took on the task of interacting with potential employees, collecting essential data (name, surname, email, phone number, files, etc.), and processing it into the client's preferred format in their customized information system (also built by us). The AI was designed to understand candidate responses and format of data (like actually knowing that the potential candidate wrote down a phone number), analyze their suitability, and seamlessly integrate the information into the company’s internal system. This allowed the hiring team to skip the repetitive tasks and focus on more important aspects of the recruitment process.

What made this solution even more powerful was the combination of automation with human oversight. While the AI agent handled the bulk of the initial screening, human supervision was maintained to ensure data accuracy and provide the personal touch where needed. This blend of AI efficiency and human judgment led to smoother operations and more effective decision-making in the hiring process.

The results were immediate and impressive. The AI agent already processed thousands of applications. The automated screening process saved the client significant time, freeing up their HR staff to focus on more meaningful and strategic work.
