The Client’s Need

The client wanted to create a platform where professionals from different industries could connect with people seeking expert advice. The goal was to build an easy-to-use, secure consultation system where users could book sessions, make payments, and interact seamlessly.

To provide the best experience, we developed a mobile app while also enabling users to join consultations via web browsers.

  • High-quality streaming with Agora for smooth video calls
  • Secure payments using Adyen, ensuring safe transactions
  • Invoice management through Microsoft Dynamics for efficient billing
  • Identity verification via Sumsub to reduce fraud risks
  • Booking system where clients can schedule consultations, pay securely, join sessions, leave reviews, and download call recordings
  • Consultant dashboard, allowing experts to set availability, define pricing, and withdraw earnings after completed consultations

This end-to-end solution ensures a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use consultation experience for both professionals and clients.

How Our Team Solved It

One of our main priorities was to keep the user experience simple, especially during registration. However, the payment process required KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, which added complexity. Through close collaboration with the client, we found the right balance between security and user convenience.

During development, the client identified new feature requests that were important for their business model. To stay within budget and timeline, we prioritized these new features over less critical elements from the original plan. This flexible approach ensured that the most valuable features were implemented without delaying the project.
